U.S. Reach

A First Aider for Everyone.

Since the National Council for Mental Wellbeing brought Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) to America in 2008, our Instructors have trained over 3 million First Aiders from all 50 states and U.S. territories. But that’s just the beginning!

We have a goal to train one out of every 15 people in America in MHFA, ensuring that everyone has a close friend they can turn to when experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge.

Find a course to learn how you can support the people in your life!
