Fire Dept. Gets Innovative, Timely Training To Better Recognize Mental Illness

The Charlottesville Fire Department (CFD) is one of just a handful in the state to receive new training in mental health emergencies.

It is all to better assist the community and hopefully help the department beyond the calls they take.
