Astorino Appoints Irvington’s Dr. Mark Herceg County’s Commissioner of Community Mental Health

Dr. Mark Herceg, an Irvington resident, has been named the county’s new Commissioner of Community Mental Health, replacing former commissioner Dr.Grant Mitchell, Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino announced Friday.
