Training the entire staff of a large organization in something new and innovative is no easy task. So accomplishing that feat in less than one year is truly remarkable. I’m proud to say that the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections collaborated with the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency to do just that.
