Let’s get ready for your upcoming Mental Health First Aid Awareness training!

To ensure a successful training experience for everyone, please follow the instructions below to copy, customize and share the following messages with learners at/within the recommended time frames:


Email #1 – Recruiting Learners: To be shared while recruiting learners for an upcoming course, as needed.

Step one – Subject line: Copy the following subject line and paste it into the subject field of a new message.

We are excited to invite you to #BeTheDifference and join a global network of Mental Health First Aiders through the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) at Work Awareness training.

Just as CPR helps you assist someone having a heart attack, MHFA equips you to support those experiencing a mental health or substance use-related challenge or crisis.

In the MHFA course, you will learn:

  • Risk factors and warning signs of mental health and substance use challenges.
  • Strategies for helping in both crisis and non-crisis situations.
  • Where to turn for help.
