Let’s get ready for your upcoming Mental Health First Aid at Work Champion training!

To ensure a successful training experience for everyone, please follow the instructions below to copy, customize and share the following messages with learners at/within the recommended time frames:


Email #1 – Recruiting Learners: To be shared while recruiting learners for an upcoming course, as needed.

 

Step one – Subject line: Copy the following subject line and paste it into the subject field of a new message.

In this MHFA course, you will:

  • Identify ways to foster mental wellbeing in the workplace as a MHFA at Work Champion.​​
  • Network with other MHFA at Work Champions to: ​​
    • Provide and receive ongoing support. ​​
    • Share experiences and lessons learned. ​​
  • Practice the MHFA Action Plan (ALGEE) in noncrisis and crisis scenarios
  • Develop a Personal Action Plan to carry out your role as a MHFA at Work Champion.​
